Editorial outreach

Mentions from sources your buyers already read.

Outreach is part of search work, not a separate product. We look for publications, industry associations and partners where your expertise belongs, and contact them as a real person.

The vetting standard

Every site is checked before it is pitched.

Big link marketplaces list tens of thousands of sites and leave the checking to you. We check each site by hand before we contact it or propose it to you.

5 checks

on every site, by hand, before it reaches you.

  1. Real organic trafficA steady trend over 12 months, not a spike. High authority with no visitors is a fail.
  2. A real editorial siteReal authors, a clear topic, content written for readers. Not a "write for us" page and little else.
  3. Clean outbound linksNo casino, pharma or spam neighbours, and no footprint of a private blog network.
  4. Topical fitThe site's readers would plausibly care about your page. Relevance beats metrics.
  5. Indexed and monitoredWe check that the page is indexed and keep checking. What happens if a link is removed is agreed in writing before work starts.

What outreach includes

Monthly work includes up to five new outreach contacts, with no more than two follow-ups each. We stop contacting anyone who asks us to.

A contact is not a placement. Whether to publish is the publisher's decision, so publication is never guaranteed.

For agencies

White-label outreach for agency clients is available on a limited basis, by individual proposal. We don't publish a per-link price.
